Quick Planting Guide
- Site Selection: Plant in full sun (6+ hours of direct light daily). Thoroughly clear the planting zone of weeds and turf beforehand to prevent choking young shoots.
- Trenching & Spacing: Dig a trench or individual holes 3 to 4 inches deep. Space rows 18 to 24 inches apart and individual rhizomes 12 to 18 inches apart within the row.
- Placement: Lay rhizomes horizontally along the bottom of the trench with any visible growth buds or points facing upward or sideways.
- Backfill & Pack: Fill with clean soil and pack down firmly with boots or a roller to eliminate air pockets. Soak the ground thoroughly immediately after planting.
